Return, Exchange and Shipping Policy
In the unlikely event that you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will issue a full refund for unused merchandise within 14 days of delivery of merchandise. Notify us of items that you would like to return or exchange via email and we will email return instructions to you. We reserve the right not to honor return requests sent more than 14 days after delivery.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling for any preference returns or exchanges. Preference returns or exchanges are returns that are made for any reason other than receipt of damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise. We reserve the right to not accept your preference return or exchange if we find defects or signs of wear on the merchandise.
We will issue your refund within 7 business days of receiving your return. We also offer exchanges of items if merchandise are in stock, but you are responsible for the shipping and re-shipping costs. Returns and exchanges must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached (if applicable). All shoes must be sent back unworn and in the original packaging. All jewelry and accessories are final sales, no exceptions.
In-stock merchandise is typically processed and shipped within 3 business days.
If your order includes out-of-stock merchandise, we will notify you at checkout or through email, place a backorder, and provide you with the expected shipping time and estimated delivery date.
We offer FREE SHIPPING in the U.S. for purchases of $100 or more, no code necessary.
For EXPEDITED or INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, please email us requests or questions and include your name, phone number, and a link to your cart or the item in question, then call us for confirmation.
